The New HQ Scout Kite, (successor of Beamer TSR), is built tough and is a great 1st kite for learning to Snow-Kiting or Kite-LandBoarding. The Scout kites pack a lot of power for their size.
HQ's New " X-Over Control Bar" looks different than the standard foil kite bars and for good reason...It is different.
