Light Wind Kites

Light wind kites are specifically designed to fly in lighter winds.  These kites normally are great kites for winds less than 15mph.   They can also be a great kite for heavier riders in moderate winds.  If you live in an area with lighter winds, a light wind kite would definitely be a good choice.
